Trinity Presbyterian Church (TPC) is a Christ-centered, Bible-believing, mission-minded community of Christians.  Our motto “Loving God –Loving Others” guides all we do.  We believe that the Gospel empowers us to worship, community and mission.  It is this Gospel powered mission that feeds our vision for reaching out with the Good News of the Gospel to Plano, the surrounding communities and to the world. 

Romans 1:16-17 speaks of this "Gospel Power" that fuels our vision.  For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.  For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith, as it is written, "The righteous shall live by faith."  The Gospel or "Good News" IS the power of God that brings salvation to all who believe.  It is also through this Gospel power that God's righteousness IS revealed to those who live by faith.

We have the privilege of being God's vessels to deliver His "Gospel Power" as we serve those within and outside our church body in both word and deed.  Jesus said in Mark 10:45, For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.  We believe that when we reach out to serve our community in both word and deed that people will in fact experience His "Gospel Power"!  We are called to let the light of the Gospel shine before a watching world so that they may see the One, True Light of the World - Jesus Christ - our Lord and Savior.  

Our mission statement summarizes this vision.  It says:  Trinity Presbyterian Church exists to be a worshipping community that proclaims the Gospel of the Kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ in word and deed to our suburban communities and the world.
