Financial Peace University (FPU):  The Great Recovery
Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University is a great practical application class in the area of finances whether you have your financial house in order or you need some organization to your finances. There is something here for everyone from the nuts and bolts of budgeting to the details of saving for college and retirement. The next 13-week FPU class, The Great Recovery, begins Wednesday night January 11th from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 at the church.  

Childcare is available for children under age 4, however, please contact the church office to make your reservations.  We also have our mid-week children’s ministry program Explorer Kids and Primetime Kids which runs simultaneously with FPU from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. for children ages 4 years to 6th grade.  There is a $10 cost per child to register your child for this ministry.  Please contact the church office to register your child.

The Peacemaking Church, Cultivating a Culture of Peace
James 3:18 says, “And a harvest of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.” When we as a community of believers learn to live out the gospel in the conflicts of daily life, we are cultivating a culture of peace. It is through the gospel of peace that people are more willing to admit their shortcomings, families are better equipped to handle disputes and members are encouraged to go to each other to discuss problems instead of letting them fester. Join us on Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m. beginning January 11th, as we learn and discuss through a DVD series what it means to be a peacemaker.
