College & Career
The College and Career Ministry exists to worship the Triune God and extend the transforming power of the gospel to college-aged individuals and to those that have just begun their careers (i.e. 18 to 28 years old). We seek to accomplish this through Bible study, monthly fellowship events, prayer and individual encouragement.
SUNDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY: The Gospel according to John was written by the disciple “whom Jesus loved” from Ephesus around A.D. 80-90, about 50 years after he witnessed Jesus’ earthly ministry. John’s gospel is the only one of the four gospels that states the author’s purpose. He writes, “these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name.” Join us as we seek to know and believe that Jesus is the Christ as He is presented in John’s account. This class is taught by Trey Kirkpatrick and Graham Eubanks and currently meets upstairs in the youth-room at 9am on Sundays.
MONDAY NIGHT BOOK STUDY AND PRAYER GROUP: We will be meeting together to watch and discuss the video series Gospel in Life: Grace Changes Everything by Tim Keller. There will also be time to pray for one another. Lessons will be lead by Graham Eubanks and will meet at alternating homes beginning at 7pm. Feel free to jump in at any point in the series! See online calendar for weekly meeting location.
