Women Loving God and Loving Others  

WOMEN IN THE CHURCH (WIC) exists to gather women into our covenant community and to perfect them in the love of Christ through discipleship, fellowship and mercy.

The women at Trinity have an active fellowship organization. Our goal is to reach out to women and encourage them to be all that God desires for them- wherever they are in their stage in life.

We offer…

· Bible Studies are offered both in the morning and evening. (Child care provided in the morning!)

· Ladies’ new member coffees to help our new attendees learn about WIC and meet other women.

· Spring Retreat where we are challenged spiritually, encouraged emotionally and refreshed physically.

“Kid’s Camp” Workshop with Sarah Lenhart.   February 18                              

Ladies, you are invited this Saturday from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. to attend the Kid’s Camp Seminar in Room 130.  You’ll hear how Granny Sarah has pulled this off 15 times for the kindergarten through the teen years and still camping! You’ll learn how to get from “I think I like this idea” to sending out your invitation. Camp lunch will be served! Please RSVP at the WIC table.

Spring Retreat   March 23 – 25     Lakeview Conference Center, Waxahachie

Come join the women of Trinity for our annual Spring Retreat. We will have a wonderful time fellowshipping. This year’s topic is Friendship:  Mystery and Miracle with speakers Elizabeth Ritz, Shannon Geiger and Carol Davis. Sign-up deadline is February 21st, and scholarships are available. Please see the narthex for more information.

WIC Craft Saturday    April 21, 8:00 a.m. – 10 p.m.  

Last call for some time to work on those projects and enjoy some fellowship. At TPC.

SPRING BIBLE STUDIES  (detailed class descriptions)

Tuesday Morning Study  9:30 – 11:30.                                                                      Location: Trinity, Choir Room.                                                                                            Study:  A Way With Words:  What Women Should Know about the Power They Possess by Christin Ditchfield. Facilitated by Lisa Eubanks.                                                           Lunch following (either potluck or going out to eat). Childcare provided.

Tuesday Evening Study   6:30 – 8:30.
Location:  Linda Ackerman’s home.
Study: Ralph Venning’s The Sinfulness of Sin. Led by Judy Enszer.
No childcare provided.

Thursday Evening Study  7:00 – 9:00.
Location:  Tina Thiel’s home.
Study:  Walking Through the Old Testament, using Henrietta Mears’ book What the Bible is All About.  Led by Karin Elliott.
No childcare provided.
